  • Once your inquiry is received we’ll narrow down your “must haves”, and gather enough information to determine the scope of your event.

  • We’ll create a custom mock up just for you! This will be the starting place for your parties overall vision and feel.

    An optional mood board will include a curated collection of photos, colors, text & more.

  • Bringing your vision to life can take a team of talented people. Working in the party industry has allowed us to be privy to the best of the best so based off of your party needs we’ll provide our recommend vendors and their contact information. Just let us know what you need!

  • We know that one of the most important aspects of any kind of event planning is budgeting. No matter what you’re working with we will be sure to give you a clear cost all along the way!

Package ONE: Just Enough — $250 (or free with a deluxe balloon booking)

For this package we’ll create a custom mock-up with you to choose the perfect colors for your theme along with an optional mood board before anything is set in stone. By request we’ll also include a vendor list that fits your budget. This is perfect for someone who wants to bounce ideas around and get to be apart of the design process.

Package TWO: Handle it all — $550+

Want even less on your plate? We can handle it all. With package two we take all the reins for you. From idea conception to full execution - we bring a seamlessly organized and intentionally detailed experience to you.

Here’s the breakdown

  • We’ll set up a call meeting to get to know each other, narrow down your “must haves”, and gather enough information to determine the scope of your event.

  • A Design Guide takes your mockup to the next level. Imagine a fully drawn-up design for every single element of your event down to the very font of the text.

    Going even further to give cookie or cake design direction, custom verbiage for signage, party favor template, menu items, etc.

  • The number one thing that will save you both time and energy! We’ll contact and coordinate with all vendors involved in your big day, including all communications, payment, and scheduling surrounding delivery and set-up!

  • We know that one of the most important aspects of any kind of event planning is budgeting. No matter what you’re working with, our Budget Breakdown Template will allow you to keep quotes organized and determine who to hire to make your party dreams come true all while saving money!

  • Yes, it’s exactly as it sounds! We’ll be there the day of to make sure everything is set up before your guests arrive.
